Hi, I’m Clara.
An independent designer in Lisbon. Before that, seven years at studios in London and Copenhagen.
I design identities, packaging and digital products for companies small enough that the founder still answers the email. Most of my clients make physical things: coffee, skincare, furniture, books.
I care about type, about how a thing feels in the hand and about leaving a system the client can keep using after the project ends. I work alone, with a small group of developers, photographers and printers I trust.
Outside work I teach a typography class at a local design school and spend too much time in secondhand bookshops.
